The Eastside Karate school celebrates a tradition of more than 25 years of offering unique, innovative, highly effective programs in Karate and Self-Defense for men, women, teenagers and children.

While our programs have always been focused on developing ultimate fitness, physical mastery, mental control, intellectual enrichment and, of course, the ever-present self-defense capabilities, those at Eastside Karate who have chosen to refine their skills through competition have been highly successful. They have, over the years, won every major title Karate has to offer, including many national and international championships. In fact Eastside Karate is the only school in Tucson to have produced authentic "Karate Champions" as recognized by the AAU and the US Olympic Committee dating back to 1978 and continuing to the present.

All instructors are trained in sport specific knowledge, as well as non-sport specific areas including sports psychology, sport physiology, sports medicine, teaching techniques and learning styles. All instructors at Eastside Karate are tested and certified to the highest standards and registered with the USA National Karate-Do Federation and the World Karate Federation. Their rank is recognized by all legitimate karate organizations in the world.
